    O.R. Reset™ is a brand operated by ReCal Concepts LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We strive to process and ship orders quickly and reliably so customers know what to expect when purchasing.

    Please review the information below before placing your order.

    Order Processing Time

    Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed the same business day.

    Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

    Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

    Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

    We offer multiple shipping options at checkout.

    Typical delivery timelines:

    • Economy / Ground: 2–5 business days
    • Two-Day Air: Approximately 2 business days
    • Next-Day Air: Approximately 1 business day

    Delivery estimates begin once the package has shipped, not when the order is placed.

    Shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control.

    Free Shipping Promotions

    We may offer promotional shipping tiers, including:

    • Free 2-Day Air on qualifying orders
    • Free Next-Day Air on higher-value orders

    Eligibility thresholds are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and applicable fees, and are displayed during checkout.

    Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

    Shipping Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

    We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

    Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

    Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

    If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

    If additional assistance is needed, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist.

    We cannot guarantee replacement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

    Delivered Packages / Missing Deliveries

    Once an order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery progress.

    If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please take the following steps before contacting support:

    • Check around your delivery location (front porch, side door, garage, mailbox area, etc.).
    • Ask other members of your household if they accepted the package.
    • Check with nearby neighbors in case the driver left it at the wrong door.
    • Review any doorbell camera or security camera footage if available.

    Delivery carriers are able to verify the GPS coordinates where the driver scanned the package as delivered, which helps determine the exact location of delivery.

    If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to open a delivery investigation using your tracking number.

    If the carrier determines that a package was misdelivered or lost in transit, please provide the investigation or claim number to our support team and we will assist with the next steps.

    Please note that once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. ReCal Concepts is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered but later reported missing, including theft after delivery.

    We are always happy to help guide customers through the carrier investigation process if needed.

    Damaged Shipments

    If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

    Please include:

    • Order number
    • Photos of the damage
    • Description of the issue

    We will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

    International Shipping

    We currently ship within the United States only.

    If international shipping becomes available, updates will be posted on this page.

    Shipping Restrictions

    We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be safely or legally fulfilled.
